Unlocking Muscle Relief and Relaxation:
The Magic of Magnesium Oil Spray in My Massage Practice

As a massage therapist, I'm constantly seeking ways to enhance my clients' well-being and provide lasting relief. One tool that has become an essential part of my practice is magnesium oil spray.
Many of my clients come to me with complaints of tight, sore muscles, and frequently, nighttime muscle cramps or "Charlie Horses" in their legs. These painful spasms can significantly impact sleep and overall comfort. Often, these symptoms can be linked to a magnesium deficiency.
That's where magnesium oil spray comes in. After a relaxing massage, I offer to apply this topical solution to my clients' sore back and leg muscles. I've found it to be incredibly effective in easing muscle tension and promoting relaxation.
Why Magnesium Oil?
Magnesium is a vital mineral that plays a crucial role in muscle function, nerve transmission, and energy production. When applied topically, magnesium oil can be absorbed through the skin, bypassing the digestive system and delivering this essential mineral directly to the muscles.
I encourage my clients to do their own research on the benefits of magnesium oil, as it has been shown to potentially help with:
Muscle relaxation and cramp relief: Magnesium helps to relax muscles and reduce the frequency and intensity of cramps.
Improved sleep: Many people find that magnesium can promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.
Reduced anxiety: Magnesium plays a role in regulating the nervous system and may help to alleviate anxiety symptoms.
Pain management: Magnesium can help to reduce inflammation and pain associated with muscle tension and other conditions.
How I Use It in My Practice
After a massage, while the client is still relaxed, I gently spray the magnesium oil onto the targeted areas. I then lightly massage it into the skin, allowing for optimal absorption. This simple addition to the massage routine can significantly enhance the therapeutic benefits and provide lasting relief.
My Recommendation
If you're looking for a high-quality magnesium oil spray, I recommend the Essentially Based Pure Magnesium Oil Spray 8 oz topical spray, which is available on Amazon. I've personally used this brand and found it to be effective and well-tolerated by my clients.

Important Note:
While magnesium oil is generally safe for topical use, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you have any underlying health conditions. Also, some people with very sensitive skin may experience slight tingling or itching when first using magnesium oil. If this occurs, try diluting the spray with your favorite body oil, lotion, cream, or applying it to a smaller area.
